Shipping & Returns  

Terms and conditions:
Any equipment provided by us is intended for legal use only. By placing and order, the purchaser states that he/she is of legal age and that the products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with all laws when using these products. Please read our full terms and conditions
Email:
When sending emails to us, Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply. Normally we try and reply within just a few hours but sometimes it make take a little more time they usual. We try to answer emails over the weekend if we are around and have the time. Otherwise they are answered the start of the next business day. We will not answer any questions regarding the illegal or improper use of products we sell.
Technical Support:
We try to answer technical support questions but in some cases you may need to refer to the manufacturer for support. We do not offer telephone technical support, All questions should be asked in email. You may also find the answer to your question in one of them many FTA forum sites or the Manufacturers support website.
Shipping and Handling:
 
  • we can  not guarantee same day shipping. All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of payment, Not counting weekends.
  • Some shipments may be delayed if a item is not in stock.
  • All shipping quotes are estimates and the final shipping fee may be higher depending on the size and number of boxes that are required to ship your order. In this rare case you will be notified of the new shipping charges.
  • All international orders are responsible for any import fees/duties that may be assessed on their shipment. If duties are billed to us for your order we will charge your credit card the total amount due.
  • If UPS or FedEx a fee for a incorrect address you provided you will also be responsible for those charges.
  • Saturday delivery is not available unless by special request. There is also an additional service change by UPS and FedEx for Saturday delivery if its available in your area.
  • If you order something Next Day air that ships on Friday you will receive it on Monday. Weekends are not counted as delivery days.
  • There are occasions where we will ship using an alternate shipping method in order to ship your order. An Example would be if you selected 2 Day FedEx and our FedEx pickup has occurred for the day we may ship the order UPS 2 Day air. We will always try to ship using the method you select but please be aware at times that may not be possible if the selected carrier is not available.
Payment:
we  accepts Visa , Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express credit card payments and payments using worldpay solution . We also accept payment in the means of certified check or money order. You may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form if your billing address and shipping address are not identical.
Returns:
Any return needs to have a (RMA NUMBER) Return authorization number  before being sent back to us.

  • All RMA request for refund must be made within 7 days the item was delivered.
  • All RMA request for refund must be in absolute perfect and new condition in the original carton with all included accessories. Original merchandise box, manuals, cds, etc must be in perfect condition. We will not accept used merchandise back for a refund.
  • All RMA request for exchange must be within 30 days from the ordering date.
  • Warranty  work beyond 30 days from ordering date is provided by the manufacturer and/or their representative directly and not by us.
  • Any items returned without prior notice and with out a RMA number will not be credited and will be returned to you. Your credit card will be also be charged for the return shipping cost. If you have paid with a method other then credit card the item will not be returned until we receive payment for the return shipping cost.
  • We must receive your RMA's item back before any replacement item is sent.
  • Customer is solely responsible if RMA Merchandise returned to us is damaged in shipping. Please use an insured and trackable method to return items to us.
  • A $35 labor charge may be assessed on products or accessories returned for warranty repair in which no fault is found and you will be charged for the return shipping cost to return the item to you.
  • A 15% restocking fee is applied to Returned Items to cover our return processing, credit card, and shipping costs. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges if item is not used or unpacked. Returns are processed with 10 days of receipt.
  • Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

While we will handle warrantY work for most products we offer, You will be responsible for any shipping charges for any warrantY exchanges or repairs
